🌟 Meet Our Office Manager: Aurelia “Rae” Redden 🌟
We’re excited to introduce Aurelia Redden, fondly known as Rae, our Office Manager at Home Instead! Rae has been a valued member of the Home Instead team since 2018 and plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Rae oversees the daily operations of our North Platte, McCook, and Cozad offices, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent support for both staff and clients. She brings a strong management background with experience in medical specialty clinics, retail, and transportation, along with expertise in accounts receivable and billing. Her diverse professional experience allows her to manage complex operations with organization, professionalism, and care.
💼 Rae’s Role Includes:
• Leadership: Managing and supporting key office staff, including hiring and training caregivers
• Performance Management: Appraising performance, coaching team members, and resolving conflicts
• Operational Planning: Participating in the development and ex*****on of the franchise’s annual operations plan
• Core Values: Reflecting and promoting Home Instead’s core values throughout the workplace

Outside of work, Rae enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and camping with her husband, two children, and grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and her dedication, compassion, and commitment to our staff and clients make her an invaluable part of the Home Instead team.
