Our 501c3 The Haven at Norman Farms is blessed to be part of the Thrivent Choice program. If you or anyone you know is a Thrivent Choice Dollars participant, they are able to direct funding to The Haven to continue to support what we do: The Haven at Norman Farms exists with a mission to facilitate healing for people by creating relationships with horses. We use natural horsemanship methods to create a calm trust and build confidence between person and horse. The Haven at Norman Farms is a unique place where all persons are championed by staff and horse to appreciate their beautiful abilities.

Georgia officials have fined Blue Cross Blue Shield $5 million and say more fines may come after an investigation revealed multiple "serious issues" connected to claims and customer complaints.

What a blessing ❤

We'd like to announce "The Haven at Norman Farms." After experiencing the profound need and benefit of our equine services, we've decided to launch a non-profit organization. The Haven will provide therapeutic horsemanship and riding instruction to a larger population than we currently serve. The Haven at Norman Farms exists with a mission to create healing bonds between horses and people of all abilities through therapeutic horsemanship. In accordance with our statement of faith, we feel that we have been blessed by God with a desire to minister to people by helping them build relationships with horses. In tandem with helping people, we also seek to help neglected, starving, or abused horses by meeting their physical needs and training them to increase their potential for adoption into appropriate homes. In cases where we feel adoption is not in their best interest, we promise to provide sanctuary for them until end of life care is the most humane option. We use natural horsemanship methods to create a calm trust and build confidence between horse and person. Daily, we partner person and horse to work together to help each other heal from life’s various trials.
