170 Guests + GASC's Incredible Production Team. One Standard: Excellence!
Yesterday, the SDR Chef team had the privilege of serving 170 guests, along with the production professionals, camera crew, decorators and management team who helped bring the Senior Workers Appreciation Celebration together.
Former and current clients, familiar faces and people we've had the privilege of serving over the years were there — and hearing “Good as always” meant more than they probably realized.
By the end of service, well over 180 people had been fed — and every plate carried the same SDR Chef standard!

A Day of Family, Fellowship & Great Food 🇺🇸🔥
What a day!
SDR Chef had the pleasure of serving the employees and families of Speir Electric / Speir & Associates for their 2026 Family Fun Day—an evening filled with family, fellowship, great food and plenty of fun.
Because the event was held on September 11, the gathering also included a moment of silence in remembrance of the lives lost on September 11, 2001. It was an honor to be present as everyone paused together for that moment of reflection. 🇺🇸
Then it was time for the SDR Chef team to do what we do! 🔥
The grills were going, the buffet was moving, and we served a crowd of more than 150 guests. Some of the favorites of the evening included our slow-roasted pulled pork sliders, barbecue chicken and savory baked beans.
But there was one that REALLY had people talking…
SDR Signature Bread Pudding with Bourbon Vanilla Sauce. 😋🔥
We received so many wonderful compliments throughout the evening—not just about the food, but about the entire experience. That's what makes these events special for us. We're not simply showing up with food. We're showing up to serve!
