Mountainside Vacation Services is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner for vacation rental properties in the Deep Creek Lake area.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and committed. We have had too many applicants back out or leave within a week. If you are unsure about your availability or commitment, please do not apply.

Pay & Position Details:
• $18/hour during training
• Opportunity for raises based on performance
• Seasonal position with potential for full-time hours
• Cleaning vacation rental homes and condos

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Reliable transportation (travel between properties required)
• Strong attention to detail — must be thorough and picky
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed checklists
• Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts
• Cleaning experience preferred, but not required

This position is best for someone who:

• Making and staging beds neatly and consistently
• Changing linens and ensuring a polished, guest-ready look
• Following company standards for presentation and cleanliness
• Working efficiently on turnover days

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail (beds must look perfect)
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Must have reliable transportation (multiple properties)
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
