Position Overview:

Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
Support and maintain Telecom services: (Internet, Cable, WiFi, VoIP).
Provide customer service, help desk support: via phone, email, remote assistance or on-site.
Salary negotiable based on qualification and experience.

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills a must

- Knowledge of Microsoft and Mac OS

- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up required

- Must have reliable transportation

- Related experience a plus!
