You hired a team so you could stop doing everything yourself. So why does it still all come back to you?
This is one of the most common things I hear from business owners, and it almost never means what they think it means. It isn't a work ethic problem. It's what happens when a business grows faster than its structure, and the whole operation is still routing through one person's head.
Swipe through for the seven signs. If you recognized yourself in three or four of them, take a breath. Capable people end up here all the time.
Then try this for one week: write down every question your team brings you. Don't change anything yet. At the end of the week, sort the list into what only lived in your head, what they already knew and wanted permission for, and what truly needed you. Most owners are surprised by how short that last group is.
