Mid October in Plano means cooler nights, and spiders love to tuck their webs up under soffits and gutters where nobody can reach. On this red brick home, our tech used a long extension duster pole to sweep the soffit, the gutter corner, and around the vent right above the back door and window. Knocking down webs and egg sacs up high keeps spiders from setting up shop next to your entryways, and it leaves the place looking clean just in time for trick or treaters. Want your eaves cleared before Halloween? Call Pest Me Off at 972-866-4720. You have 99 problems. Pests shouldn't be one.

That little gap where the roofline meets the shingles might not look like much, but to a rodent it is an open door. On this Frisco home we covered the opening with sheet metal flashing and sealed the edges tight, so mice and rats lose their way inside. Exclusion work like this stops the problem at the source instead of just treating it after. You have 99 problems. Pests shouldn't be one. Call us at 972-866-4720.

Look who we found during a job in Allen, a tiny green anole lizard hanging out on the glossy green leaves of a backyard hedge. These little guys are harmless and actually help snack on bugs, so we were happy to let this one carry on with its morning. While friendly neighbors like this are welcome, the pests that creep into your home are another story. If something unwanted has moved in, give Pest Me Off a call at 972-866-4720. You have 99 problems. Pests shouldn't be one.

Scorpions don’t need an invitation. That woodpile beside the house might be enough.

Here in North Texas, a few everyday yard conditions can give scorpions places to hide and an easier path indoors. Before you reach for another spray, take a look around:

• Move firewood, spare boards, and yard debris away from the house.
• Keep grass trimmed along the foundation.
• Trim shrubs and tree branches away from the home.
• Check worn door sweeps, loose weatherstripping, and gaps around utility lines.

Scorpion control takes more than treating the one you found. Reducing hiding spots and addressing entry points are important parts of getting control.

At Pest Me Off, we inspect first, look at what’s contributing to the problem, and recommend targeted treatment and exclusion where needed. Real solutions for your property.

Seeing scorpions around your home? Message Pest Me Off and let’s take a closer look.

Look closely at this McKinney porch light and you will spot a paper wasp nest built right inside the glass lantern. Light fixtures near the front door are a favorite spot for wasps because they are sheltered and warm. Left alone, a nest like this keeps growing and can mean trouble for anyone walking up to the door.

If you have found a nest in a light fixture, eave, or anywhere around the house, give us a call at 972-866-4720. You have 99 problems. Pests shouldn't be one.

Another McKinney yard protected. We placed a branded black Pest Me Off bait station tucked into the mulched bed along the back fence, positioned near the shrubs and tree line where rodents and other pests like to move. A low profile setup like this keeps the work out of sight while staying right on the pest highway. If critters have been creeping around your landscaping, give us a call at 972-866-4720. You have 99 problems. Pests shouldn't be one.

Dylan caught this uninvited guest at a McKinney exclusion job yesterday. Another day at the office for the Pest Me Off crew!

Catching the rat is one part of the job. Finding how they get in and closing those entry points is what exclusion is all about.

Hearing scratching overhead? Let’s find out who’s been making themselves at home.

Hey, neighbors! I’m Ryan Beyer, owner of Pest Me Off. 👋

If you’ve seen that gray Jeep around town, there’s a good chance you’ve seen me heading out to help a neighbor.

I’m a husband, a dad, and a hands-on business owner with more than 16 years in pest control and wildlife management. I take the trust you place in our team personally. When you invite us to your home, you deserve someone who listens, looks closely, and explains what’s happening.

My approach is simple:
Inspect first. Think second. Treat with purpose. Educate always.

That means understanding what brought pests to your property, finding where they’re getting in, and helping you understand how we can address the problem.

You’ll still find me inspecting homes, working alongside our technicians, and getting into the details. Being the owner makes me responsible for the standard we bring to your doorstep.

I’m proud of the team we’re building and grateful for every family and local business that gives Pest Me Off the opportunity to earn their trust.

If you see me and the Jeep out in the neighborhood, come say hello. I’d love to meet you.

Protecting homes. Caring for neighbors.
