The best time to understand the root problems behind business pressure is before those problems become your emergency.

Most owners are not taught this material early enough.

A lot of it usually lives inside paid advisory work: value growth, turnaround, restructuring, exit planning, and business finance.

But business owners in this region are facing more change, more uncertainty, and more turbulence than they have faced in a long time.

That does not mean every business is in trouble.

It means healthy businesses need to understand where pressure builds before the ride gets rough.
