Its time to do more of what you love

Time to travel. Time to relax. Time to take time for yourself. Time to LIVE

It can be scary to hand off control of things you’ve been in charge of since the beginning. It’s tough to try to let other people help you. Pride can be a hell of a thing

But! I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be that scary! Growing your business doesn’t have to be overwhelming! YOU don’t need to do everything - it’s okay to ask for help!

I’ve spent the better part of my adult life changing careers, trying to find my passion, trying to decide where to go next, and always trying to do it by myself. We’re taught to be tough and to take it all on.

But now, we are so fortunate to have everything at our fingertips! We can reach the whole world with the click of 1 button and while it is an amazing gift, it can be a lot to handle

So I’m here! I found something I can put my head and my heart into and I want to help YOU! I have studied and practiced and am bringing all my skills together to help your business grow while giving YOU more time to do the things you love!

Oooo baby.... it’s FRIDAY!!

It seems like the last week & half has been a whirlwind! Anyone else feeling that way??

I wanted to jump on and take the time to introduce myself. I’m new here and figured it’s a good time to do a little intro to get myself in the game!

I’m Jess! I was born in Idaho, raised all over Montana, lived in Phoenix the last two years and just recently moved to Oregon

I have a huge passion for animals and the outdoors. I hope to one day have a mostly self sustaining farm with a huge garden, chickens and many other animals :)

I’m currently finishing my Bachelors degree in Business Management & Administration in April of 2021 and I cannot wait for the day to come!

I’ve been working since I was 15 in all sorts of industries. I have clocked a sufficient amount of time in customer service, retail & project coordination and I’ve finally been able to do enough research to find a job that I will truly enjoy, will continue my education & be able to help people!

I am passionate about doing good, helping people and organization which is why I want to be YOUR Virtual Assistant

I’m a high energy, fun loving & I love to continually expand my circle and knowledge!

Self care 💯

We’ve been hearing a lot about self care since quarantine started. All that “extra” time we were told to spend inside and stay safe

We tend to think of self care as face masks and spa like treatments. Maybe a shopping spree or a mani/pedi

But true self care is more well rounded. Taking care of our MINDS and our bodies. Taking the time to analyze our true desires and start making a plan to reach them

Recognizing what takes up too much of our time, what we could give up to better our lives, and figuring out how to make it happen

Using time to our advantage and creating the lives we want to live!
