We took care of some drainage issues & grading issues on this new construction in McMinnville Tn.

New underground gutter drains were installed, connected and ran to the ditch line, from this home and the neighbors!

We added 5 loads of topsoil throughout the 1/2 acre yard to redirect water & correct the grading. Covering heavy with seed and light straw, we should have some pretty fescue soon.

We redug the ditch line and added compactable soil, then filled it with rip rap to help with erosion and the flow of water.
