Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Work independently of management and manage time effectively.
Interact professionally with clients and the public.
Communicate with Director about any issues that arise.
Seek to develop and document replicable processes for different aspects of a project and train new team members in the precise processes used.
Seek to improve leadership ability and foster team spirit with the crew.
Expertly operate applicable equipment: Trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, edgers etc.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license with an acceptably clean driving record.
Able to effectively commit to and maintain a stable work/life balance.
Commit to a full season of employment, Mar 1-November 30.
Ability to lift and pull heavy weights repetitively.
Ability and stamina to work long hours in all weather conditions.
