I think i have come up with a new motto for relationships, ‘BRING your “A” game’. One red flag is an automatic game ejection. I’ve allowed way too many red flags. Life’s too short to play “games” anymore. I want what’s right, and will not settle for less. To the person driving the red Volkswagen hatchback license plate VFD766, thanks for running me off the road bro really appreciate how close you got to me and how fast my reflexes were to miss you. Needless to say a blinker would’ve been nice for either me or the next three or four people you decided to cut off and then do a crazy speed down the highway. Just thought you should know. I’m pretty positive. You heard my tires squealing behind you from breaking and turning. At highway speeds.

Call this the Elf Boiler upgrade. The before pictures are of the Munchkin Boiler. At one point the domestic hot water pump actually caught fire. The owner was ecstatic to gain the space in the garage. The upgrade to pump controlled zones from zone valves should heat the home much more efficiently.
