Job Title: Dimensional Inspector (OGP, CMM, FARO)
2 Positions Available: Programmer and Operator (Training available) – Full time plus overtime as needed.

Company Profile: GD&T, Inc. is a highly customer-oriented contract metrology services company. Primary business focus is dimensional inspection and part certification of plastic molded parts. The company operates under the ISO 17025 quality standard. The main equipment used at GD&T are OGP Multisensor systems running MeasureMind and Zone3, B&S CMM running PC-DMIS, Faro Arm running Polyworks, and various hand tools.

Position Summary: Responsible for programming and/or operating some or all of above mentioned equipment.

Qualifications:
General experience with Excel – required.
Ability to read blueprints – required.
1+ yrs exp as a programmer of above-mentioned software(s) – preferred.
Experience with programming from CAD beneficial – preferred.
Knowledge of GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5-2009) – preferred.

Skills:
Verbal & written communication (protocols writing).
Excellent team building and cooperation.
Hands on, problem solving, task management.
Work hours based on project requirements.

Essential Duties:
Set-up, program, inspection, and data compiling for final reporting based on customer supplied drawings and requirements.

Compensation is negotiable based upon demonstrated expertise. Starting $16-$24

Great news.

The medical device tax was introduced in 2013 as part of the Affordable Care Act. Those who oppose the tax have been highly-vocal about the impact it could have on the industry.
