The main goal of our multifamily residential services is to keep apartment managers, their staff, and their residents safe from harm or embarrassment. We adhere to well-established practices that help us assess and deal with different kinds of problems, such as criminal activity, private policy violations, providing administrative fire and life-safety support such as fire watch and lighting assessments, and even handling basic tasks like picking up any litter found during our patrols. We offer a wide range of concrete and verifiable tasks that have been proven to mitigate risks rather than simply promising a vague notion of 'security'.
