🎤 This week, it was my turn to take the spotlight at LeTip Mechanicsburg!

I had the opportunity to present to our group on Thursday, and anyone who knows me knows I love talking about mortgages and helping people buy homes ALL DAY LONG. 🏡😂

I always enjoy educating people about home financing, clearing up some of the misconceptions about getting a mortgage, and sharing a little bit about myself and why I love what I do.

But one of my favorite things about LeTip Mechanicsburg is that every week we get the opportunity to learn more about one another—not just what someone does, but who they are, who they can help, and how we can confidently refer business to them.

And yes... we manage to have a lot of fun while we're doing it! 😉

What happens when you put a room full of business professionals together and tell them to INVENT something? 🤔💡😂

Apparently… things get a little out of control!

This morning at LeTip Mechanicsburg, we put our creativity—and maybe our artistic abilities—to the test. 🎨 Each of us started an invention designed to make our own business better, then passed it around the room while everyone else added their own brilliant (and sometimes questionable 🤣) improvements.

The result? A LOT of laughs, some surprisingly great ideas, and an even better understanding of what each of us does.

And really, that's what LeTip is all about. It's more than passing referrals. It's learning each other's businesses, building genuine relationships, solving problems together, and having a heck of a lot of fun along the way.

👏 Today's Member in Action! 👏

Today, we had the opportunity to hear an outstanding presentation from Bedrudin Becirovic of Saadi, Shultz & Fisher.

Bedrudin shared how he helps businesses and entrepreneurs navigate the legal side of growth—from business formation and contracts to commercial transactions, corporate governance, and strategic legal counsel. His presentation was informative, engaging, and a great reminder of the value of having the right professionals on your team.

One of the things I love most about LeTip Mechanicsburg is that we don't just exchange referrals—we take the time to truly learn about each other's businesses so we can confidently connect our clients with trusted experts.
