**Custom Fabrication Spotlight: Newline LED Wall Installation for a Local School District**
Not every installation starts with a clean slate.
For this project, our team delivered a fully custom fabrication and installation solution for a new Newline Interactive - Americas LED Wall, transforming an existing structure into a purpose-built display system designed for performance, protection, and longevity.
**Step 1 | Site Evaluation & Measurements**
Our Manufacturing team visited the site to assess the existing structure, capture precise measurements, and determine how the new display would integrate into the environment. Every detail mattered to ensure a safe and seamless installation.
**Step 2 | Custom Fabrication & Rigging Design**
Back at our shop, the team engineered and built a completely custom structural framework for the LED wall, including:
▪️ Fabricating a duplicate of the existing steel support structure for a precise fit
▪️ Engineering and designing the rigging solution
▪️ Building a framework to securely support the display while maintaining accessibility and long-term performance
▪️ Fully installing and testing the LED modules within the fabricated structure prior to deployment
**Step 3 | Weather Protection & Finishing Details**
To protect the investment and deliver a polished final result, our team designed and manufactured a custom steel enclosure around the display, providing weather protection, a clean finished appearance, and long-term reliability.
