It's crazy how the best relationships start out by just giving advice it was those green eyes that first caught my attention but to be honest I didn't expect her to write back I was just being a know it all typical broken-hearted jerk who preferred being a bachelor, but what I didn't expect is that Kates' heart

It wasn't the first time that his heart had been broken It was only five years ago when he had met her... he told himself even then as I sat there reading her profile her thoughts about being in a relationship that she deserved to be in love with a man that valued raising a family having children and building a home.

It's Sunday Night... I hope that everyone has enjoyed the weekend spending time with someone that you really care about, it's the beginning of July I want to share with you the reason I've been silent...

Unrequited Love

A few months ago I was busy making plans to spend some quality time with someone very special, to make a commitment to the one woman who would always find a way
to make me want to love her more with every thought we shared, every moment we disagreed on certain things yet still
found a way to love each other despite the long-distance between us, she made plans of assuring me that she would always be there, that no matter where life would take her she would always be there for me...

That's when everything went silent...It started when I wrote
her a letter letting her know that I was coming to bring her home, that the fairy tale we created together would, at last, be a reality she never asked me when was I coming, or what we would do when I got there to be with her instead she just disappeared, I've always been searching to find the one who could return my heart to me the same way that I gave mines to her, but I've been here in my life once before so no matter how much love I have to give I'll always be waiting for the one who can return more...

Hello, Peter Lee here...
TGIF to everyone out there...

It's 1:17 AM in the morning after a full week of trading hours for cash or being comfortable with just making enough income to get the bills paid one of my co-workers told me to enjoy my weekend off.

My reply...to her was that I intend too, now if I could only learn how to earn income while I sleep so that I could enjoy this warm sunny day outside, she laughed an said that would be great when you figure out how to do that let me know.

A poor Business model
getting out of bed every morning with nothing to look forward to but making sure you punch in on time for work so that you can begin your work week, each day is different you know that on certain days you will start early and get things done, co-workers will say good morning while you are counting down seven more days to retire after 40 years of work....no one told you that the
money you've earned those forty years will be enough to live off of especially with inflation, cost of living increase, reduced social security benefits and living longer than projected retirement
age.

Other days....you will be running behind trying to make all the cash you can before that fast-approaching deadline called
building a purposeful life, having the time, and freedom to do what you want when you want, and how you want with those you really care about before unemployment, no time, no income, and no strategic goals or plans to get you where you want to
be.

Hello, Peter Lee here...

Tonight's Topic
3. Cost
Everyone one likes something for nothing or a free
offer even I'm a sucker for a good freebie whether it's
a sample of food by the deli or a buy one get one
free offer...it always seems to catch me off guard.

Even when I go to a business seminar or investment
program I tell myself that I'm not going to buy anything
I realize that the reason I'm going to this event is
because I'm not happy, I'm looking for that next big
thing or Idea...so I end up trying to buy something I
will need capital or credit to start.

A few days ago a friend gave me a book called
"The Four Quadrants Of Wealth" by Robert Kiyosaki
I remember reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" that was
about 2yrs ago...after reading that as an employee
I can only produce 10% of the income of the world
and why that is I realize that there is a cost to
to everything...it costs me 8hrs to 16hrs a day
depending on if you're working a part-time and full
time job add that up to making about $18.00 dollars
an hour.

I learned that cost is the equivalent of your time or
money used to create your current life choices or
even your current situation it can be one or the other
or a combination of both, either way, there is a cost.

There is nothing in life that you want or desire to
achieve that cost nothing even salvation has a cost
of living right, being fruitful, it even multiplies in
interest being faithful over a few things making you
faithful over much!

Hello, Peter Lee Here...

It's Lunchtime Today's Topic.

2.Balance
You only have 24hrs in a day from the time you wake up
every morning to the time you go to bed at night you will
spend an entire day doing a lot of different things 30min
getting to work, 8hrs working on the clock trading dollars
for hours, the rest trying to figure how many things you
have left to do before the end of the day.

I don't know about you but I used to have a hard time
balancing life mainly because of all the demands on
my time, think about it for a moment how many times
when you want some time just to relax you get a phone
call that uses up that time, or how about when you
make plans to do something special it gets canceled
or something always comes up.

To live a full life you must find a balance between
work, play, exercise, meditation, (spiritual food)
and learning all of these can be applied throughout
each day by subtracting too much television, deleting
emails, too much Facebook., Youtube, snap chat,
and Instagram...watching.

Is it hard work yes, will it take discipline definitely,
must it be consistent it will work!

The most important thing to remember is that you
only get 24hrs in a day you can never get it back
once it's gone, but you can create a balance by
practicing it each day.

Have a balanced day every day!

Today's topic
1. Focus

Have you ever noticed that whenever you make a plan
to get something done whether it's to mow the lawn or
just make a plan to do something Important a small voice
inside your head tells you that you will get to it later?

To many of us will start something and set it aside to do
something else or get distracted thinking we can
multitask by doing two things at once,,, the truth is that
we can't instead we spend so much time being a Jack
of all trades and a master of none.

Have you ever tried to focus on just one thing, to keep
working on it, to practice it, craft it, make it better each
time until you've mastered it, or become an authority on
that one thing...

Today...I want you to put aside trying to do everything,
stop trying to text and drive, stop trying to be all things
to all people, stop trying to reach everyone, focus on
just one thing, focus on that one task, that one special
person, that one Idea, concept, or niche.

Whatever your goals may be don't just start something
and not finish it just focus on it until you've mastered
It.

So why am I sending you this email...

It's time you know the reason why I'm sending this email, every one of us communicates...but when it comes to putting thoughts
online not everyone is going to like what you have to say...

Not everyone is going to agree with you or share what they
have learned along the way that might help you out with a
situation that you may be going through...maybe you don't
need an answer maybe just someone to listen...

I realize that every day you are bombarded with choices
some work, some don't turn out the way you like them
to my problem is the value I see in you I'm not talking
about money.

In the movie "The Secret To My Sucess" Brantly is
confronted with not having the opportunity to change
the business world with his Ideas or dreams until he
gets that one phone call...we have a problem in
Mid West distribution what are you going to do
about it?

After solving the problem on the phone, the next day...
he decides to commit and take action now I don't
know what ideas or dreams you have... I'm just that
one phone call...

Now Brantly...did invest in himself by going to college
so you will have to invest in yourself but it's not about
the money it's about you.

It's Saturday night...

Tonight I'd like to talk about Focus this evening there
were many things that I wanted to get done on today,
I wanted to go to the park today or the beach but
couldn't quite decide on which one I wanted to do
when I realized that instead of enjoying a weekend
relaxing watching the sunset.

I needed to get focused,,,

Lately, I've been too busy watching life move on without
me taking the time to work towards some of my goals
and aspirations I used to think that If I worked hard
enough I would be able to enjoy having a nice home
with kids playing in the yard.

A wife to come home to so that we could spend some
quality time having a late dinner, a movie, or just
relaxing after putting the kids to bed...I realize that all
of these things have a cost of money and time.

So now It's time to write the vision make it plain and
focus on the steps I can take each day to get there,
