GQ Security LLC (part of Spartan Security Group, Inc.) currently has openings for Event Security Officer throughout Southern Oregon. Summer season schedule is just around the corner which means lot of work!

Position Summary

The Event Security Officer is primarily responsible for the safety of guests, and employees, and the protection of property. They will patrol assigned areas alert for safety hazards, guest difficulties, accidents, disorderly persons, theft, assaultive behaviors, or other situations or conditions which may affect the overall security of the organization.

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate as needed for the position is required

College level classes in security or law enforcement, preferred but not required

Licensure/Certifications

DPSST: Event,Unarmed or Armed Security Certification from the Department of Public Safety and Standards Training - or temporary DPSST certification is required upon start. Training can be completed by us if you do not have the certification.

DL: Possession of a valid Driver's License
Must obtain Oregon Driver's License within 30 days of moving to Oregon (if applicable)

Armed Security
Event Security

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Good evening everyone!
First and foremost I would like to introduce myself, my name is Quade and I’m the new owner of GQ Security, secondly I would like to just take a minute to send my appreciation to Remy for all his hard work and dedication to the company! Though he is not the owner anymore, he will continue to serve as a Executive Manager to the company until all new management gets training.
