Did you know?

Most industrial equipment failures aren’t sudden—they’re the result of ongoing:
• Corrosion
• Cavitation
• Abrasion
• Chemical exposure

ENECON’s polymer composite technologies are specifically designed to combat these forces and extend the life of your assets—often at a fraction of replacement cost.

Smart maintenance isn’t reactive. It’s strategic. Repair - Don't Replace.

Corrosion doesn't have to mean replacement.

When several large pump columns at a major Texas power generation facility suffered years of corrosion and severe pitting, the goal wasn't to replace them—it was to restore them for reliable, long-term service.

After abrasive blasting, the damaged areas were rebuilt with METALCLAD DurAlloy. The interior surfaces were then protected with two coats of METALCLAD CeramAlloy CL+AC, while the exterior received two coats of CHEMCLAD GP for durable corrosion protection.

The results have already generated additional work at the facility, with another pump scheduled for refurbishment later this year. Even more telling, the facility has requested that new pump components be coated with CeramAlloy CL+AC and CHEMCLAD GP before they ever enter service—a proactive approach that helps prevent corrosion before it starts.

Protecting critical assets before failure is often the most cost-effective maintenance decision a facility can make. Repair - Don't Replace!

When this wastewater treatment plant channel pump impeller was pulled in 2009, it was headed straight for the scrap pile.

Instead, the team took a different approach.

After abrasive blasting, the damaged vane sections were rebuilt with welded metal, then reprofiled using CeramAlloy CP+AC to restore the original geometry. Once smoothed and balanced, two coats of CeramAlloy CL+AC were applied to handle the constant erosion and corrosion inside the system.

There was understandable skepticism—this pump runs at 980 rpm. Not exactly forgiving conditions.

But the results spoke for themselves.

Early inspections showed no defects. And after 10 years in service, the impeller was pulled during a scheduled shutdown… still in operation, with only minor touch-ups needed.

For maintenance teams weighing repair vs. replacement, this is what a long-term solution looks like—less downtime, lower cost, and performance that holds up under real operating conditions.

These piston casings have been moving chocolate for over 100 years.

Until they started cracking.

Multiple repair attempts failed. Corrosion and erosion had already taken their toll, and replacement wasn’t a simple option.

So instead of giving up on them, they were rebuilt.

The damaged areas were restored, cracks were reinforced, and the entire surface was protected to handle the environment they operate in every day.

Now they’re back in service—running better than before and keeping production moving.

Not everything needs to be replaced. Sometimes the right repair can bring it back stronger. Repair - Don't Replace!

This is what long-term corrosion looks like when it’s left unchecked.

An underground wastewater pump well had significant damage across the floor and lower walls—exactly where failure would create the biggest problems.

Instead of tearing it out and replacing it, the surface was rebuilt and protected with a system designed to handle the environment it’s actually exposed to.

The result: a fast, cost-effective repair that restored integrity and added long-term chemical resistance.

If you’re dealing with corrosion in confined or hard-to-reach areas, there’s a better way than replacement.

This is what happens when a “quick fix” meets real pressure.

A pipe elbow failed during startup and created a major leak.

Instead of replacing the system and dealing with extended downtime, it was repaired, reinforced, and back in service in just a few hours.

That’s the difference between temporary fixes and engineered solutions.

If you’re dealing with recurring pipe issues, there’s a better way to fix it for good. Repair - Don't Replace!

If you’re dealing with leaking, corroded, or failing pipes—you’re not alone.

It’s one of the most common (and expensive) problems across industrial facilities. The default solution is usually replacement… but that means downtime, disruption, and a much bigger budget.

There’s a better option.

ENECON’s advanced polymer systems are designed to repair, reinforce, and protect piping systems—without the need for full replacement. Whether it’s active leaks, wall loss, or long-term corrosion, these solutions restore integrity and extend service life in a fraction of the time.

This is how facilities are:
Reducing downtime
Avoiding costly replacements
Keeping critical systems online

When it comes to drinking water, there's no room for compromise.

That's why we're proud that select ENECON products — including CHEMCLAD SC — are NSF certified for potable water. NSF sets the American National Standards for materials and products that come into contact with drinking water, from plumbing components to water treatment systems. It's one of the most recognized marks of safety and quality in the industry.

What does that mean for our customers? It means you can trust that the protective coatings going into your water infrastructure aren't just built to last — they're built to keep people safe.

It's the kind of certification that doesn't happen by accident. It takes a product that's genuinely clean, safe, and proven — and that's exactly what CHEMCLAD SC is.

If you work in water treatment, municipal infrastructure, or any facility where potable water safety matters, let's talk about how ENECON can help.

Did you know your roof could be helping you save on energy costs?

ENECON's ENESEAL HR White is officially rated by the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) — which basically means it's been independently verified to do exactly what we say it does. It reflects solar energy away from your building and releases absorbed heat back into the atmosphere. ENECON's ENESEAL HR is a water-based, liquid ceramic-filled coating that cures into a durable, seamless, flexible "skin" — protecting virtually any roof surface from the elements that cause the most damage. It refracts and reflects heat, seals out moisture, and holds up against the kind of wear that shortens the life of traditional roofing materials.

What does that mean in real terms? Lower roof temperatures, less strain on your AC, and a smaller energy bill. It's one of those rare wins that's good for your wallet and good for the planet.

If you're looking for a simple, proven way to reduce your building's energy consumption, this is worth a conversation. Contact your local ENECON rep today!
