SNOW CLEARING SERVICES
We primarily service industrial and commercial properties, but we also cater to residential customers as well. Our snow clearing is all inclusive, i.e. hand shoveling and plow truck clearing included (unless requested otherwise). For large properties and heavy accumulation events, we have the ability to relocate via skid steer, wheel loader and dump truck. DEICING SERVICES
If you would like us to perform deicing services, with our municipal sized and pickup truck spreaders, we service roads, parking lots; spaces large and small with rock salt. For your concrete sidewalk and walkways we can spread your selection of calcium chloride or rock salt. PAYMENT METHODS
We have two convenient methods of payments: pay per storm or seasonal prepaid. Seasonal prepaid is basically a snow insurance. This program enables a "one flat winter fee" for snow removal and ice services. Benefits fixed income and budget conscious customers. (Deicing services, skid steer, wheel loader, dump truck services not included in seasonal prepaid)
THE SEASONAL PREPAID PLAN
This plan is essentially like having snow insurance. With one flat fee you receive snow shoveling and plow truck services for the entire winter (November through April) and we will come every time it snows and clear your property. THE PAY PER STORM PLAN
This plan is based on each event and is billed immediately after the service. The price will fluctuate with the amount of snow, weight, and other factors.
