💡 Tuesday Tech Tip: Watch Out for Fake Emails! 🚨
We’ve recently heard from several customers who have received emails claiming to be from MTC Technologies, asking them to update their account information or verify their account by clicking a link.

These emails are NOT from MTC Technologies.

Scammers often pretend to be companies you know and trust to get you to click a link, share personal information, or reveal your account details. Here are a few tips to help keep you safe:

🔎 Look closely at the sender. Does the email address look legitimate, or does something seem off?

🔗 Think before you click. Be cautious of unexpected emails asking you to update information, verify your account, or click a link.

🔐 Never share sensitive information through an unexpected email link.

📞 When in doubt, contact us directly. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from MTC, give us a call before taking action.

If you receive one of these emails, do not click the link or provide any information. If you’ve already clicked the link or entered your information, contact us so we can help you determine your next steps.

Great news! Your TV subscription now includes ESPN Unlimited at no additional cost.* If you already receive ESPN networks as part of your TV package, you’re all set.

How to Get Started
1. Go to https://www.wtve.net/

2. Select MTC Technologies from the drop-down list.

3. Log In: Enter your username and password.
• If you don’t have an account, follow the Register or Create Account instructions.

4. Agree and Activate: After successful login, you will be directed to an ESPN webpage.
Click “Agree & Activate”.

5. Complete ESPN/MyDisney Setup:
• Enter your email address and click Continue.
• If your email is not recognized, create an account by following the on-screen directions.
• If your email is recognized, enter your password to log in. You’ll then arrive at the ESPN website/app,
where you can access ESPN Unlimited content.

Note: To access ESPN Unlimited on a different device after completing the initial setup, enter your MyDisney
credentials at ESPN.com.

Spammers and Phishing emails are rampant right now. MTC has NOT sent any emails out regarding payments. And MTC will NEVER send emails that contain active links! Please do not click on any links - just delete the email. Thank you.
