Our Medina tower was knocked over yesterday in the high wind during that storm. All Medina customers are without internet. We are investigating all options to restore service. We are so sorry for this inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any other questions. 830-589-2530

Our entire Medina internet tower was completely knocked over by the wind in the storm today. We are working and trying to figure out how to get a tower back up and running. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience.

The storm last night knocked the power out at our main internet tower. BEC is aware of the issue and are working to repair it. Thank you for your patience.

AT&T continues to troubleshoot our outage. Most of their updates have been about continued troubleshooting and bringing in more people. Since they do not know what the problem is they have not given us an ETA on repair. We apologize and will update as soon as we know more.

Today at around 2:30 pm the AT&T feed went down again. They have already created a case for this outage and are working to get it back up. We know how frustrating this has been and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and thank you so much for your patience. We apologize for this inconvenience to all of our wonderful customers. The internet feed is still down and ATT is having issues with their cell service so we believe this is related. Our systems are working fine and we are continuing to push for more information and will continue to do so throughout the evening. As soon as they repair the issue everything will come back on. Thank you again for your continued patience as we understand how frustrating this is.
