Congratulations to Maranda Reamer on her promotion to Team Lead!🎉

Maranda joined Velocitii in September 2022 as a Customer Care Representative and has continued to grow throughout her time with us, taking on new programs, responsibilities, and opportunities along the way.

Most recently, Maranda was part of the first training class for one of our newest programs. From the start, she quickly became a valuable resource for the team, answering questions, welcoming teammates to shadow her, and helping with role-play activities during training.
