It is very often that I receive the question regarding Home Title Theft and my simple answer is NO. This article goes a little more in depth as to why this can not happen. Properly transferring a property is not as easy as recording a Quit Claim Deed at the county. This is another reason to make sure you partner with a great Title Company that does the diligence of making sure you and your clients are protected.
