The admin assistant will maintain strict compliance when dealing with confidential data. Some bookkeeping experience a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. All our valued customers. I've been responding to after hours calls for several weeks. I now have access to the county 24hr call center that can check out your system and let us know if it is a network issue or a router issue or a major network failure. Im sorry if I was not clear enough about our Cimarron tower. It was only serving those outside the fiber footprint. Those customers on fiber or Rio Blanco Wireless are not affected. We have less than ten customers whose service will be disrupted. We've found it is much cheaper for them to go to Starlink than pay for a fiber dig to their residence. We stand ready to help those customers with free installation of Starlink. We are not a Starlink provider nor do we receive any compensation from starlink for installation. I hope this adds clarity to the situation. If not, please let me know and I will give it another try. FYI, the cimarron tower was providing great broadband many times faster than century link 14 years ago. The antennas are coming to an end of their useful life. I thought the two antennas we had would continue longer but after this morning's calls for service tells me that is not possible. We derive no benefit from Starlink. We are offering free installation for those that can't afford fiber as I still have a strong live for all my customers in Rangely.

It appears we've lost another antenna on the Rangely Tower. If you go with Starlink we will be offering our much appreciated Cimarron Wireless customers free help with installation if you need it. To reaffirm once again, Cimarron is not going out of business. We are in it for the long haul. All other services will still continue with Rio Blanco fed fiber and wireless services. The tower I'm talking about was our original tower at the top of the hill across the green bridge. We will need to accelerate it's shut down as it is failing more rapidly than expected. We will discontinue service from this tower at the end of May, assuming it is still providing service to the remaining few customers.

All our valued customers. This message is specifically for customers in Rangely. Please be aware we have no admin staff to process checks in Rangely but service technicians. This has resulted in delays getting your checks processed in a timely manner. It was resulting in late fees which I have abandoned. I don't want to quit taking checks so want to give you a couple options. First off all, if you mail them to our post office box in Meeker my admin staff can process them faster so you don't have to be concerned about your payment being processed in timely manner. Other options for more immediate response is to contact us and switch to a debit card or ach processing. We pay a large fee for credit cards and will take that as a last option. With the price of fuel and other costs skyrocketing I am doing our best to keep from adding any more financial burden on you.

To all our valued customers there are rumors floating that Cimarron is shutting down operations. This is not the case. Our lone tower up on the hill across the green bridge is failing as the technology is 14 years old. This is what we are shutting down as service from the tower is deteriorating. We've been with you for 14 years and have no plans of discontinuing operations.
