Since then, she has dedicated her work to improving education and early intervention for neurodivergent children and their families. Known for her mission-driven leadership, Pamela builds teams grounded in motivation, empowerment, and accountability, recognizing that strong staff culture directly benefits the children and families served. She has created innovative internal training programs that emphasize diversity, critical thinking, and practical skill development, including paid Registered Behavior Technician training to expand access to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Over the past several years, Pamela has guided her organizations through growth and economic challenges while maintaining high program quality and implementing evidence-based strategies to support academic and developmental progress.
