Tidewater Restoration is looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team!
We’re seeking a strong leader who can manage restoration projects from the initial emergency response through final completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
🏗️ What You’ll Do:
• Manage water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls during assigned on-call rotations
• Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules
• Communicate with customers, property managers, adjusters, and team members
• Monitor project costs, profitability, documentation, and quality
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of project management experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
• Experience managing emergency and non-emergency restoration projects
• Knowledge of water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation
• Familiarity with applicable IICRC standards, including S500 and S520
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to safely operate a company truck and trailer
• Availability to participate in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
