Sitting down as a company and deciding key values is difficult, but when we really started honing in on what matter to us...we discovered it was YOU.

The individual.

Why? Because we’ve been on both sides of the issue.

Whatever YOUR reason may be, we can all agree that finding flexible work is hard. For us, as college students, we’ve discovered that working set schedules isn’t always an option, and finding other ways to gain income isn’t as accessible as it should be.

As we started our journey to making the workforce more penetrable, we realized that employers also faced a gap in communication between potential employees and themselves.

So, as founders, we figured what better way to make everyone’s life more efficient than building a new, easy-to-access bridge to fill the gap our workforce currently lacks.
