🏢 Job Opening:
melD Studio Architecture, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team! This is a full time, IN OFFICE position and is a fantastic chance to collaborate with passionate professionals and grow your career in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural construction drawings and specifications.
Utilize AutoCAD and REVIT to create architectural plans for approval.
Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions.
Work on multiple projects concurrently at various design stages.
Modify designs based on feedback from management and clients.
Collaborate with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a professional architectural setting.
Proficiency in developing construction drawings with REVIT software (3-5 years).
AutoCAD experience (3-5 years).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the Construction Process is a plus.
Strong creative design and time management skills.
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

We’re excited to welcome Noah Wheeler-Chong to the melD Studio team this summer as an intern! Noah recently completed his first year at Florida Atlantic University, where he is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design. FAU is teaching Noah how new and evolving tools are going to shape the future of the architectural workplace. He is also working as a liaison as a new member of the American Institute of Architecture students.

We’re looking forward to a summer filled with learning, collaboration, and growth with the melD Studio team!

MelD is proud to present the new Jetty Park Pavilion which serves as a Picnic Area for the Cape Canaveral community. The pavilion provides a large, shaded area and beautifully designed bathrooms that match the Cape Canaveral theme, making it the perfect break spot to escape the heat while enjoying the outdoors.
