Prestige Employee Administrators, Inc. is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that enables clients to cost-effectively outsource the management of human resources, employee benefits and administration, payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, unemployment administration, retirement services and more...

American business has been undergoing fundamental changes in human resource management and the PEO industry is a response to market demands. Prestige Employee Administrators, Inc. offers outsourced human resource services and the expertise of a large corporate personnel department to their clients and worksite employees. Few, if any, small businesses can afford a full-time staff consisting of a human resource professional, a risk manager, payroll specialist, and a benefits manager. Prestige offers this expertise to their clients.

By providing this broad array of services, Prestige enables their clients to concentrate on their core business without the challenges and distractions associated with the "business of employment." As a result, Prestige enhances the profitability of its client companies. Prestige’s large volume of worksite employees provides economies of scale enabling each client company to lower employment costs and increase the business's bottom line. Prestige has 18 different medical plans and 5 dental plan designs that their clients can offer, without restrictions, allowing clients to offer large benefit platforms that otherwise wouldn’t be available.
