The artwork can be perfect, and the label can still fail in the cooler.
On chilled and frozen products, the real issue is often the adhesive and face stock. Condensation, frost, low temperatures, curved packaging and surface energy all change how a label bonds and conforms.
A standard permanent adhesive may lose tack in the cold, then lift, flag or wrinkle as the package moves through the cold chain. Depending on the application, the better fit may be a freezer-grade hot melt for fast grab at low temperatures, an acrylic for long-term stability, or a removable or ultra-removable adhesive when clean removal matters.
The face material matters, too. Paper, film and textured stocks behave differently on damp, flexible and curved surfaces. We match the material system, not just the artwork, to your product, storage conditions and application process.
