A few weeks ago, Inclusive Excellence Consulting had the honor of supporting American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) during Neurodiversity Awareness Month, where Dr. Mary โ€œMJโ€ McConner served as a featured speaker.

During the session, โ€œTransforming Workplace Culture by Embracing Neuroinclusion,โ€ participants engaged in meaningful conversations surrounding psychological safety, leadership, accessibility, universal design, and strategies for building workplace cultures where employees feel valued and supported.

It is also one of the most important times to pause and ask what is actually working.

For leaders, this is a powerful moment to check in with your team.

Not to add new initiatives, but to listen.

Not to accelerate, but to assess.

Questions worth asking right now:
