Help Somebody Else is hosting a Mental Health First Aid training led by a certified instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This training is similar to CPR in that participants receive a certificate and gain practical skills to recognize and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
The training will be a one day, 8 hour, in person session. The $60 fee includes training, participant materials, and light refreshments. Seating is limited.

Our community thrives when we look out for one another. Mental Health First Aid is a powerful, practical training designed to help everyday people recognize the signs of mental health challenges and respond with understanding, compassion, and appropriate support.

This training will be offered as a one day, 8 hour in person session and will include

All participant materials

The training will be led by a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor, ensuring participants receive nationally recognized, evidence based instruction and resources.

Cost: $60 per person
Seating is limited

This class is ideal for community leaders, parents, educators, faith leaders, caregivers, and anyone who desires to be better equipped to support the mental and emotional well being of those around them.
