Inspection Managed Account (IMA) Sales Leader Job Description:

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, in accordance with Company policy.
• Willingness to comply with Company safety policies.
• Willing to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction), and the general public.
• Sales experience related to the fire and life safety industry and/or building services and maintenance is a plus.
• Business development and/or marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities:
• Support Security Fire Protection’s goal of 15% annual growth of our inspection business.
• Establish contact with potential qualified buyers of inspection services by diligently scheduling sales calls, following up on leads quickly after they’re identified, and helping to execute outlined marketing strategies.
• Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing your findings with the appropriate customer personnel.
• Prepare and present effective proposals that offer solutions to customer life safety needs.
• Contribute to the pricing approach of inspection accounts.
• Maintain and report Security Fire’s sales business plan and attend monthly sales call.
• Responsible for understanding assigned market and reporting business dynamics (market share, competition, top customers, top prospects, etc.) of assigned geographic area.
• Develop and maintain an active proposal pipeline to support the established sales business plan.
• Develop caring and enduring customer relationships that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Support other Security Fire and APi Group teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory.


Expectations:
• Meet or exceed individual new inspection sales, proposal, and customer connections goals.
• Perform a monthly face-to-face visit with your target account
• Prepare and present your results and book of business monthly to your CISL and Inspections Manager
• Enter all leads and opportunities into CRM
• Start the LEAD Challenge
• Attend (1) annual sales summit per year
• Assist in collections by speaking with your customers
• Spending time in the office each day is mandatory – communication of schedule is paramount

Department: Daywork Division
Reports To: Service Manager
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
• Working in both Astea & Webapps.
• All invoicing of service calls and field quotations.
• Provide backup for scheduling with the Project Coordinator and Service Superintendent.
• Providing any special job site instructions for techs / job site history etc.
• Taking Service calls and scheduling in ASTEA when needed.
• Daily follow up with specialty accounts and pay portals.
• Collections (aging report).
• Follow -up on service calls / make sure the customer is taken care of and happy with our services.
• Provide backup for timesheet entry.
• Tracking technician certifications and site-specific training.
• Being available for overtime as needed during freeze months.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Technology Savvy. Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills.
• Above average Customer relations skills.
• Knowledge of ASTEA and or Webapps a plus.
