Dr. Peete is a mobile Chiropractor. He has been a client of mine for about 3 almost 4 years now.
After assessing his business when he first started, there were some systematic improvements and structure that was needed. In addition to that, there was a price increase in his services that was also necessary, because his past price did not reflect his biggest expense….CAR MAINTENANCE.
Outside of continuing education, car maintenance is a large expense in his business model with being a mobile chiropractor that will come to you, literally just about anywhere, and give you an adjustment to keep you from being inconvenienced with time, traffic, and rushing.
While he was initially a bit uneasy to do the price raise, thinking that he would lose clients, we did it and he only had about 2 drop off, but he gained more than enough to replace them.

In addition to that, Fred has been able to sell a unique product, secure a couple of corporate contracts, and now will be launching and monetizing an upcoming podcast to highlight more of black excellence in the health and wellness spaces.
The combination of custom strategy I created for him has not only landed him awards, recognition, and and increase in clientele, but has also helped him TRIPLE his profits (upper 6 fig).
He will only continue to grow from here and it will only get better. The goal is not “more work”, but it is strategic application.
