Well last week, as I attended the conference with EOS Worldwide, those memories came rushing back and they changed how I showed up.

I found myself being more intentional…choosing presence over distraction, depth over small talk, and real connection over surface-level interactions.

The pandemic may have reshaped how we live.

AI may be reshaping how we work.

Yet nothing can replace our fundamental need for genuine human connection. That is something I will never take for granted again.
