Last night, the MFA team attended the American Heart Association’s Hard Hats with Heart event - an inspiring evening bringing together leaders across the construction and development community to make a real impact.

We’re especially proud to celebrate our own Alan Barner, who has served as the 2025–2026 Chairman. His leadership and commitment to this mission continue to make a difference both in our industry and beyond.

MFA was proud to attend the Annual Business & Industry Luncheon with Carnival Memphis, where this year’s event celebrated and honored the Architectural Profession.

We were especially proud to see two of our own recognized — Tom Marshall (O.T. Marshall Architects) honored for his contributions to the field, and Scott Fleming (4F Design), recipient of the President’s Award. Both recognitions highlight years of dedication, craftsmanship, and leadership that have helped shape the built environment and strengthen our local community.

Events like this are a reminder of the lasting impact thoughtful design and committed professionals have on the places we live, work, and gather.
