It’s time we reintroduced ourselves! 👋
At MFA Program Management, we’ve been busy doing what we do best — helping bring complex projects from vision to reality.
From improvements at Memphis International Airport and Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium to the development of the new Macon-Bibb County Arena, our team is proud to play a role in projects that make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.
Our story, however, goes back much further than MFA’s founding in 2017.
Our roots trace back to O.T. Marshall Architects, a Memphis-based architecture firm established in 1957. MFA was formed through the collaboration of O.T. Marshall Architects (Tom Marshall), Alan Barner, Aaron Patrick Architects (Aaron Campbell), and 4F Design (Scott Fleming), bringing together decades of architectural experience, industry knowledge, and a shared commitment to serving owners throughout the development process.
That foundation continues to shape how we approach our work today.
As an Owner’s Representative and Program Manager, MFA works on behalf of our clients to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight from early planning through project completion. From managing budgets and coordinating project teams to overseeing schedules and navigating challenges, our priority is keeping the owner’s vision at the center of every decision.
🤝 We take pride in being a hands-on team. Our approach is built on strong relationships, clear communication, and a commitment to staying personally involved from beginning to end.
📍 With offices in Memphis, Tennessee, and Macon, Georgia, our experience spans airports, arenas, stadiums, convention centers, educational facilities, and other major public projects throughout the Southeast.
Our history is rooted in design, but our focus today is representing owners and helping them deliver successful projects.
As we continue to grow, we’re proud of where we started, the relationships we’ve built, and the communities we have the opportunity to serve.
Whether you’ve worked with us for years or are just getting to know MFA, we’re glad you’re here! 🏟️ 🏗️
