We want to say a huge & heartfelt THANK YOUš to all of our awesome bidders, buyers, and sellers for everything youāve done this week at both the Memphis Impound & the City of Memphis Surplus auctions!
Attempting a 10-day transition from our outdated generic 3rd-party auction platform to an all-new private white-label solution with all of the newest bells & whistles was always going to be an audacious move, and one fraught with opportunities for massive failure. Tonight, following the two absolutely amazing auctions held over the last three days, we are perfectly confident that our gamble has paid off, and that the results are definitely worth every single minute of the late nights, the headaches, and the hand-wringing that have accompanied each day over the last two weeks in our office.
Exactly NONE of this could have played out so successfully, or produced the overwhelmingly positive response weāve received thus far, without the patience, loyalty, and enthusiasm of our dedicated partners here in this crazy, fast-paced, and unpredictable auction business we all love. You all are the best, and we appreciate you more than youāll ever know. šÆ
