Good morning I say to whomever reads my post today is a rainy day it's also a painful day happy in pain but I pray for it I do not like taking pills that is not what I want I want God to heal this body that I have and I want to keep on moving some days are harder than others but some days are so much better there is nothing I can say about life but it is up and downs and I can tell you that life is about pain but it is also about healing when you go through your Downs you have so much pain your pain is what teaches you about how to heal when you heal yourself there is nothing else pain can do to you because you know how to heal your pain so I go through what I go through but I continue to live without my life I have the breath that God gave me today I thank him with all of the heart that I have I thank the Lord above for letting this person read my text then go so long but it is my life I have arthritis in my back it hurts me so bad but I keep pushing I am a beautiful 49 year old Memphis woman and I pray for anyone that suffer with their pain I pray that the good Lord above heals your pain I pray that you continue to live your life everyday is not another day every day is one day and that one day yesterday thank you Lord for giving me and this person who reads my text another day Lord I thank you above and beyond and I bless you the Lord with all the honor and Glory may my word come to you with all the Angels above so every word will reach you the Lord in the name of heaven above thank you for today and I bless you to see tomorrow thank you for me and the reader amen
