26 Years as a Professional Inspector. 40+ Years in Construction.
When you're trusting someone to evaluate your home or investment, experience matters.
I bring 26 years of professional inspection experience and more than 40 years of hands-on construction experience to every property I inspect.
I am a State-Licensed Home Inspector in both Tennessee and Mississippi, as well as a State-Licensed Contractor in both TN and MS. I am also qualified to perform new-construction inspections in Mississippi, giving my clients an experienced set of eyes during one of the most important stages of homeownership.
My background allows me to look at a property from both sides—as an inspector trained to identify defects and safety concerns, and as a contractor who understands how homes are actually built, how the systems work together, and what it takes to correct problems properly.
After more than four decades in the construction industry, I still approach every inspection with the same mindset:
Inspect it like my own family is buying it.
