Maria (Nati) has been a valued part of the team for many years and has worked in several departments throughout her time here. Most recently, she's been training in the kitting department, where she's taken the lead in creating work instructions to help ensure kitting processes are consistent, accurate, and easy to repeat in the future.

Nati is also one of our trainers, helping new employees get the knowledge and hands on training they need to feel confident and successful in their roles. Her willingness to share her experience and support others makes her an important part of our team.

Since becoming the Welding Department Lead, Dylan has made a big impact by improving quality. His positive attitude and willingness to help others have created a great team atmosphere, making him a go to leader on the shop floor.

Dylan has also completed several improvement projects and successfully led a Kaizen 6S event, showing his commitment to maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. His leadership, pride in his work, and clear guidance continue to make a difference for his team every day.

🎉 We celebrated 30 amazing years at the MUM Industries Annual Family Day Summer Picnic! ☀️🍦🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and make the day so special. Shoutout to King Kone for serving up delicious ice cream, The Hess Tones for keeping the energy going all day long, and the incredible mariachi band for ending the evening on a festive note!
