Starting January 1, 2025, Ohio’s minimum wage will increase:

šŸ’° Tipped employees: $5.35/hour (up from $5.25/hour)

This adjustment, tied to the Consumer Price Index, reflects a 2.4% increase over the past year. For 14- and 15-year-olds, the minimum wage remains at the federal level of $7.25/hour.
