All wrapped up and ready for sod! We ripped out the old grass and some pretty big stumps! We got out all the old tree roots in the yard, brought in fill dirt, then we compacted it all to avoid any settling in the future

With unstable soil conditions, proper preparation was key. We excavated over 18” throughout the entire patio area, then backfilled with compacted stone to create a solid, stable base while allowing for proper drainage.

A quality concrete patio starts long before the concrete is poured. 💪
