Our hands-on Succulents & Self-Care™ Workshops and Year of Growing Wellness™ Series blend creativity, connection and evidence-informed wellness practices to help people rediscover calm, confidence and joy. Led by founder Katie Gassner, a public health consultant with more than two decades of experience in prevention, treatment and recovery, Growing Wellness brings hope-filled energy and compassion to every space we enter.
