Turnkey Processing

Credit where credit (union) is due. 🙌

Happy to everyone proving people over profit actually works. From our Turnkey team: thanks for keeping it local.

We've been working ourselves to the bone. 💀

Our jokes? Humerus, if we do say so ourselves.

Happy spooky season from Turnkey! 🎃👻

She did it! 🏆

Last night, Jaclyn Martorelli officially accepted her Hartford Business Journal 2026 40 Under 40 award, Award of Excellence, no less.

This honor is a reflection of who Jaclyn is: a great leader, a fantastic teammate, and someone who genuinely cares about the people around her.

Congratulations again, Jaclyn. This one's well deserved.

Thank you for the shout out, Andy and Meghan!

Here is the part we love: they didn't just mention the POS. They described the whole picture. Payments, website, marketing, and how it all works together. That's the job. Helping a business run better!

Thank you to the whole AM Coffee & Co. team. Southbury's lucky to have you.

🤎 EXCITED FOR WHAT’S AHEAD WITH TURNKEY 🤎

We’re excited to officially share our partnership with Turnkey Processing!

From the beginning, our goal has always been to keep improving AM Coffee & Co. — not only the coffee and food we serve, but the entire experience for our customers and our team.

Turnkey has already been helping us in so many different areas, including our POS system, payment processing, marketing, website design, and more. On top of that, they’re helping us save money while giving us tools and support that will help us continue to grow.

One of the biggest things we’ve appreciated is that they’re not just looking at one piece of the business — they’re helping us look at the bigger picture and find ways to become more efficient, improve the customer experience, and strengthen the business overall.

A huge thank you to the entire Turnkey Processing team for working with us and supporting our small business. We’re really excited about what’s ahead!

And if you own a small business, they may be able to help you too. If anyone has questions about our experience working with Turnkey, what the transition has been like, or what they’ve been able to help us with, please feel free to reach out. We’d be happy to share our experience.

It's National Dog Day, and there's only one staff member we're required to feature: Ruffio! 🐾

Meet Ruffio, Turnkey's unofficial Director of First Impressions. He comes into the office every single day, and by now, he's just as much a part of the team as the rest of us. He greets every visitor like a celebrity sighting and has fully convinced himself they're all here just to see him. Honestly? He might be right.

Happy National Dog Day from Turnkey's favorite coworker.

Turnkey is proud to announce that Jaclyn Martorelli has been named to Hartford Business Journal's 2026 40 Under 40 list!

Each year, HBJ recognizes forty young professionals across Connecticut's public, private, and nonprofit sectors for their leadership, professional achievement, and contributions to their communities. This year's class was selected from more than 200 nominations, making Jaclyn's inclusion a distinguished honor.

Jaclyn has been a driving force at Turnkey, bringing dedication, insight, and genuine care to everything she leads. This recognition reflects not only her individual achievement, but the values she brings to our entire organization.

Congratulations, Jaclyn! We can't wait to celebrate you at HBJ's awards dinner this fall.

4,000 mailer menus✅

We designed, printed, folded, sealed, and sorted a full EDDM mailer run for our friends at T-Bone Prime Steakhouse in Middletown, CT.

Sorted in lots of 100. Ready to hit mailboxes. That's how we roll.

This is the kind of behind-the-scenes work our clients never have to think about because we've already thought of it for them.

Know a business that could use mailers like this? Send them our way!
