🚨 FRAUD ALERT: Protect Your Business! 🚨

A lot of the fraud we’re seeing is happening over the phone, where the card isn’t physically present.

📝 Use a credit card authorization form for card-not-present sales
🪪 For large phone orders, request a driver’s license and verify the cardholder
🚩 Watch for rushed purchases, unusual requests, or customers who avoid verification
🚕 Be cautious if a customer sends a driver, cab, or other transport service to pick up merchandise. Avoiding shipping can also eliminate valuable tracking information that could help verify where the goods actually went.
📞 If something feels off, don’t run the card — call us first!

A sale isn’t worth it if it turns into a chargeback later. Slow down, verify, and protect your business. 💳🔒

🤝 Forcing employees into tiny, uncomfortable handshakes.
👋 Randomly interrupting people trying to work.
🤏 Providing absolutely zero value to productivity.
