Resilience Needs Strategy
Mental toughness isn't simply:
“I can handle more.”
It's also knowing:
What to carry.
What to put down.
What to share.
And what was never yours
to carry in the first place.
When life gets heavy, our first instinct is often to wish for fewer responsibilities.
Sometimes that's necessary.
But sometimes the bigger problem isn't how much we're carrying.
It's how we're carrying it.
Trying to remember everything instead of building systems.
Saying yes when a boundary was needed.
Doing everything yourself instead of asking for help.
Working through exhaustion and calling it resilience.
Real strength isn't proving how much weight you can tolerate.
It's learning to carry responsibility intelligently.
Before asking how you can become stronger, ask whether there's a better way to carry what you already have.
