While I don’t advertise for service, it’s nice when I come across them. This old 99’ was having issues heating the space, some adjusting and cleaning. She lives to run again! Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it needs replaced. Long as it checks safe, let it ride.

The first 3k sqft is underway! Second level 3k is Saturday! These big jobs are easily 15-16 hour Long days, sometimes overnights. Grateful 🤙🏽😎

This one was installed Monday and was finished at 6:00pm, yes it’s basically pitch black out at 6 🙂. The Bosch unit was matched to 80% 2stage Furnace.

Mini split cassettes at least in most cases need to provide a gravity drain, the pumps I’ve discovered either work great or problematic. (Below is the switch for the pump to activate.) I have a ton of these units out there some are years old, but two systems particularly lately keep having issues and it’s making me stress! Cassettes are great when they work normal, slim and high in the ceiling you don’t noticed them or hear them, but those couple that misbehave and intermittently!!!! Grrrrr
