Affinity Pest Control’s new Nampa facility was completed in spring 2026, bringing the project from plans and construction to a finished workplace.

The 2,473-square-foot office includes seven offices, reception, restrooms, a copy room, employee break area and conference room, along with a separate 1,512-square-foot shop for equipment & product storage.

Outside, stucco, fiber cement board-and-batten, horizontal lap siding, split stone veneer and an asphalt shingle roof give the facility a finished look with plenty of character.

Construction began in summer 2025 on Affinity Pest Control’s new facility in Nampa.

The project included a 2,473-square-foot wood-framed office building along with a 1,512-square-foot shop for equipment & product storage.

From framing to exterior finishes, each phase brought the building closer to its intended purpose—and closer to becoming a place the Affinity team could actually work, meet, organize and grow.

There’s something satisfying about watching a set of plans turn into four walls, then a building, then a workplace.
