Britney here 🤍 Hopping on, as I do from time to time, to keep the things that are dear to my heart a little more personal… and to remind you there’s an actual human behind the scenes over here. 😂

This may be a little off subject from what we normally post, but also… maybe it’s not.

The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to choose the people and places that bring you peace.

Who you surround yourself with matters. Where you spend your time matters. And the energy you allow into your life REALLY matters.

I think that’s probably part of why the environment at Début has always mattered so much to me. We spend way too much of our lives at work for it to be somewhere we don’t enjoy being.

I wanted Début to be a place where everyone could have their own business, their own space and do their own thing… but still have good people around them. People to laugh with, support each other, and make coming to work feel a little less like work.

So maybe this one isn't that off subject after all. 🤍

Choose your people. Choose your places. And choose the things that bring a little more peace into your life.

Life is too short for crappy energy. 😂🤍

There are moments when I look around Début Studios and just feel completely overwhelmed with gratitude🥹🤍

I am SO incredibly thankful for this beautiful group of women and the businesses they are building. Every single one of these girls brings something special to Début — their talent, professionalism, creativity, drive, ambition, and passion absolutely blow me away!

Watching them take an idea, turn it into a business, overcome challenges, keep showing up, invest in themselves, and continue pushing toward their goals is something I will never take for granted.

These women inspire me DAILY. They remind me what is possible when you believe in yourself, work your ass off, and have the courage to build something of your own.

Being surrounded by them every day is truly one of the greatest privileges of owning Début. I may have created the space, but they are what make it Début!!🤍

I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of you. I’m so grateful I get to watch you grow, cheer you on, celebrate your wins, and be a tiny part of your journeys.
